Create an Account to Search Registry

In order to become a registered user of the Responsible Father Registry you will need to create an account. Please provide the following information to create a user account. Fields labeled with an asterisk are required fields. When you are finished, click the "Register New User" button at the bottom of the page.

Step 1: Please choose a unique username.  The username must be 6 or more characters in length and cannot be longer than 20 characters in length.  It can only contain letters, numbers, underscores, dashes, periods, and commas.

Step 2: Please select a password. Please read the following password requirements carefully before choosing your password. You will need to enter your password twice below.

We care about your online security.  Therefore we require that you choose a strong password.
Your password must meet the following requirements:

• Cannot contain the user name or the first or last name
• It must be at least 8 characters in length and no more than 64 characters in length.
• At least one of the characters in your password must be a digit (0-9).
• It must contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter.
• It must contain at least one special character:  ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ - [ ] { }: ; ? . , + =
• Other than the special characters above, all other characters must be either letters or numbers.
• Please store your password in a safe location and do not share it with anyone.  Also, remember that your password is case sensitive.

Step 3: Please enter your email address. An email address is required for the purpose of account management. You will only receive email for the purposes of account management unless you sign-up for optional email services. The email address you enter will be considered your primary contact address for emails sent from various SC.gov online services.
